Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging and effective eLearning, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), and self-directed learning experiences coupled with training materials aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with global partners to understand and articulate their specific needs to create global training programs while tailoring content to address regional nuances.
Leverage Adult Learning Theory and the ADDIE model to create training solutions tailored to learner’s needs.
Implement best practices for instructional design to create interactive and learner-centered experiences.
Continuously evaluate and update training content to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with total training team to manage and maintain Learning Management System including troubleshooting content issues, ensuring smooth assignment processes, and analyze LMS reporting data to provide actionable insights and recommend process or training improvements.

Required
5 years of proven experience in Instructional Design.
Advanced proficiency with Articulate Suite or similar eLearning development tools.
Hands-on experience with Cornerstone LMS platform and troubleshooting issues.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Exceptional ability to collaborate with global teams and adapt training materials for regional needs.
Strong knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and the ADDIE framework.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite (Inclusive of Teams Training leveraging Breakout Rooms and building SharePoint training experiences).
Preferred
Experience in developing content in areas such as Quality Assurance, Online Marketing Tools, eCommerce, or Digital Business is highly desirable.
