Responsibilities
Work closely with the Training Lead, Organizational Change Lead and SMEs to develop and implement transactional (tool) and business process training materials.
Participate in content and needs analysis.
Identify and scope deliverables.
Design and develop training content that engages learners, addresses identified learning objectives, uses an appropriate training modality and learning interventions, and adheres to adult learning principles.
Manage review cycles with the Training Lead and SMEs, collating and implementing feedback.
Conduct peer review and QA of deliverables.
Work with the training lead to implement and administer training, manage deliverables, translations, and a training sustainment strategy.
Proactively communicate task and project status to stakeholders.

Required
3-5 yrs. relevant professional experience.
College degree required.
Comprehensive experience designing and developing eLearning, instructor-led training, assessments, documentation, and blended learning solutions.
Demonstrated application of adult learning theory, analysis tools and process, evaluation tools and models, assessment best practices, and learning objective construction.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience working and collaborating with SMEs and other Instructional Designers to create robust content solutions.
Experience managing review cycles with multiple reviewers.
Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple development projects and deadlines, and adapt to project changes.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work with instructional design processes, tools, and templates.
Excellent attention to detail.
Software Proficiency Required: Articulate Storyline and Rise, Camtasia, SnagIt, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), MS Teams, SharePoint, or similar team collaboration tool, Smartsheet or an equivalent project management tool.
Must provide work samples and/or portfolio.
Preferred
Prior experience with technical writing and/or technical training strongly preferred.
Curriculum Development or Instructional Design/Technology degree preferred.
Education degree acceptable.
