Responsibilities

Collaborate with subject matter experts to define clear learning objectives.

Conduct needs analysis, evaluating existing documentation to identify gaps and opportunities.

Develop concise and clear content for training programs using methods (online, classroom or blended) that suit the content and the audience.

Create engaging evaluation tools to validate successful knowledge transfer.

Build efficient processes and templates to accelerate the creation of new training materials.

Maintain existing training programs ensuring content is updated and relevant.

Communicate effectively with other teams.

Development of help content

Creation of standard operating procedures

Orchestrating content updates across multiple teams

Coordination and facilitation of customer support agent onboard trainings

Management of customer contact through email

Required

Creative thinker with exceptional writing abilities.

Experience with instructional design or technical writing in any educational environment.

Understanding of instructional theories, adult learning, on-the-job learning, and knowledge management.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite, HTML and Photoshop.

Prior experience with e-learning software, such as Captivate or Viewlet Builder

1-3 years of experience in professional e-learning design
