Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality online learning experiences in collaboration with academic partners and subject matter experts
Create valid assessments and scoring rubrics to measure evidence of learning
Participate in quality assurance reviews and data-informed assessments to enhance instructional clarity and engagement
Manage project timelines and resources efficiently while applying instructional design skills and learning theories
Contribute to multimedia production and make recommendations for improvements based on performance data and feedback
Follow standards for learning experience build specifications within the LMS

Master's degree
