Responsibilities
Apply instructional design theories and adult learning concepts to create engaging, learner-centered material that drives knowledge retention and skill acquisition.
Create quizzes, tests, and other assessment tools to measure learner understanding.
Reference instructional design material to develop interactive courses using Articulate 360.
Review and test course materials for accuracy, engagement, and usability.
Interface with learning operations teams to publish and deliver courses.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate subject matter expertise into instructional content.
Identify and synthesize existing documentation and create new material where needed.
Coordinating timeline, resources, and deliverables for instructional design projects with multiple teams.
Drive the ongoing evolution of learning programs, ensuring they align with evolving business needs and the strategic goals.
Demonstrate strong change management skills, guiding teams through transitions and ensuring smooth adoption of new learning initiatives.
Maintain detailed records of design processes, project outcomes, and revisions.
Regularly update and improve courses based on course owner requests.
Remain current with instructional design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required
Bachelors degree in instructional design or related field, with 2+ years of prior relevant experience; or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Ability to thrive in a virtual environment, working autonomously in ambiguous, quickly-evolving environments while independently prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Demonstrated consulting skills; ability to partner with Subject Matter Experts to create curriculums, clearly explain instructional options, recommendations, and the design rationale to decision-makers.
Computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, learning and content management systems, etc.).
Preferred
Experience with Workday Learning.
Experience with multimedia (video, graphic design).
