Responsibilities
Scope, design, and develop learning products to meet the needs of our diverse global user base while achieving the intended learning outcomes.
Manage and guide stakeholders through the collaborative design process, liaising with program managers and the technology team to ensure effective design, development, implementation, and feedback loops
Leverage data and user feedback to recommend improvements for each design cycle.
Find new ways and innovative ways to approach content development that can cut through the 'white noise' and get attention and engagement.
Manage multiple global projects simultaneously and ensure timely and effective delivery.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, learning design, and technology, communications, educational psychology, or a related field.
3+ years' experience developing digital learning content or working in training or adult education.
Understanding of how to effectively apply the principles of adult learning and instructional design models to the development of learning content and materials.
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to use design and content tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Vyond
Candidate must be able to use design and content tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Vyond.
