Responsibilities
Collaborate with business partners to identify goals and objectives.
Conduct research to understand learner needs and gaps.
Envision and communicate comprehensive learning strategies.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to construct content.
Communicate with the training team for alignment and best practices.
Build learning paths for effective content delivery.
Develop and drive learning assessments.
Review and improve learning experiences based on feedback.
Collaborate with team members for development support.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Preferred
Knowledge and experience with latest evidence-based training methods
Experience applying instructional design theories, practices, and methods (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
Project management experience
Knowledge and experience with a variety of learning technologies, including eLearning modules and learning management systems.
