Responsibilities

Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts to define learning objectives.

Perform needs analysis and evaluate existing documentation to identify the most appropriate training approach and content.

Plan and write content for training programs using instructional and distribution methods.

Create engaging trainee evaluation tools to prove successful knowledge transfer.

Build processes and templates to minimize development time for new training materials.

Help maintain existing programs to ensure content remains complete and relevant.

Communicate effectively with adjacent teams.

Required

Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy environment

Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for helping people learn and for finding simple ways to convey complex ideas

Knowledge and application of instructional theories, adult learning, on the job learning, knowledge management theories, and principles in both on-line and classroom instruction

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently

Fluency in all Microsoft Office applications, HTML and Photoshop

Experience using e-learning software, such as Captivate or Viewlet Builder
