Responsibilities
Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts to define learning objectives.
Perform needs analysis and evaluate existing documentation to identify the most appropriate training approach and content.
Plan and write content for training programs using various instructional methods.
Create engaging trainee evaluation tools to measure knowledge transfer.
Build processes and templates to streamline the development of training materials.
Maintain existing programs to ensure content relevance.
Communicate effectively with adjacent teams.
Develop Help Content (40%)
Create Standard Operating Procedures (30%)
Orchestrate Content Updates across PO (15%)
Facilitate CSA onboarding trainings (10%)
Manage Customer Contacts (5%)

Required
Strong writer with a passion for clarity and helping people learn
Experience designing and building online job aids and references
Experience writing materials that support customer onboarding and customer support activities
Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts to define learning objectives
Perform needs analysis and evaluate existing documentation
Plan and write content for training programs
Create engaging and valid trainee evaluation tools
Build processes and templates for new training materials
Maintain existing programs to ensure content remains relevant
Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment
Creative and analytical problem solver
0-3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge and application of instructional theories, adult learning, on the job learning, knowledge management theories, and principles in both online and classroom instruction
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Fluency in all Microsoft Office applications, HTML, and Photoshop
Experience using e-learning software such as Captivate or Viewlet Builder
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience as a technical writer
Background in any educational environment
Desire and aptitude to learn about instructional design
