Responsibilities
Design and implement learning strategies for Product and Pricing groups within Commercial Lines and Personal Lines organizations.
Develop eLearning and instructor-led trainings, job aids and be responsible for online performance support and course measurement strategies.
Act as both a strategic partner and hands-on contributor, managing multiple projects at once, maintaining timelines, and ensuring all learning content is accurate, effective, and aligned with business needs.
Collaborate directly with business leaders, training managers, process consultants, and other learning professionals to achieve shared goals.

Required
High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 6 years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives
OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 3 years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives
Preferred
Proven expertise developing eLearning, performance support solutions (such as job aids, demo videos, etc.) and instructor-led learning solutions (virtual and live)
Experience leveraging the ADDIE model; Experience developing and implementing learning measurement plans
Demonstrated ability using eLearning tools such as Articulate, Captivate or similar
Experience developing eLearning and instructor-led trainings for analytics or finance business functions
Proven history of collaborating with leaders, subject matter experts and other team members to reach project goals
