Responsibilities

Communicate and distribute work process documents, process bulletins, and policies and procedures.

Translate, design, edit, and distribute print and web-based communications to provide time sensitive technical documentation, including product design research and data gathering

Develop high quality, user-friendly production-based documentation

Collaborate with various departments to create and maintain documentation creating consistency, efficiency and best practices

Develop a wide range of documentations, including user guides, training aides, quick references, and online assistance

Establish project timelines, including resources and staff allocation

Participate in technical information-based initiatives

Collaborate with training and implementation teams to prepare materials, online tools, demos, etc.

Maintain and perform necessary annual documentation reviews for assigned compliance management systems
