Responsibilities
Work with subject matter experts, scientists, and clients to capture learning requirements.
Recommend solutions to advance mission effectiveness.
Design synchronous, asynchronous material, and performance support tools.
Leverage learner-centric principles to design engaging and interactive learning experiences.
Meet regularly with stakeholders to gather information and incorporate feedback throughout the development process.
Collect and analyze results using various evaluation methodologies to maximize continuous improvement.

Required
Bachelors degree
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a CI Poly.
Experience working with subject matter experts and clients
Experience conducting detailed training and/or job/task analyses
Experience designing products that are Section 508 compliant
Experience on a team of instructional designers, graphic artists, and programmers in a client-focused consulting environment
Experience in developing learning solutions for Intelligence Community agencies
Experience designing and developing SCORM - conformant content
Experience and working knowledge working in multiple rapid development tools (e.g., Presenter, Captivate, Articulate)
Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
Strong written and oral communications skills
Preferred
Ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities and to work flexible schedules as necessary
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
