Responsibilities
Assist in development of safety-based content, news articles, bulletins, and related videos.
Administration of the SharePoint portal used for the communication of safety-based content.
Design graphics associated with outreach posters, web pages, training content, and newsletters.
Design and maintain content distributed on external and internal websites, including program information, employee communications, training registrations, and course evaluations.

Required
10 years' experience in graphic arts, or studio arts
At least two (2) years of recent experience preparing audiovisual productions and presentations
Degree in graphic arts, or studio arts is highly desired
Extensive experience in Microsoft Office applications in a PC-based development system
Extensive experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, InDesign, and Acrobat)
Active Public Trust clearance
Preferred
Experience in graphic design of instructional materials, web-based content, agency news articles, bulletins, and videos
Experience working with applications such as Canva, Adobe Premier, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
Experience with management of web page content and use of applications such as SharePoint, MS Power Apps, and MS Forms
Experience in administration of the SharePoint portal used for communication of safety-based content
Experience in design of graphics associated with outreach posters, web pages, training content, and newsletters
Experience in design and maintenance of content distributed on external and internal websites
