Responsibilities
Work on a contract basis as instructors, subject matter experts, and on other client engagements.
Provide expertise in areas such as accounting budgeting, auditing internal controls, appropriations law, financial management operations, financial management systems, financial reporting, cost management and control, financial management information.
Facilitate classroom instruction using virtual technology.
Support the maintenance and development of curriculum.

Required
At least 10 years in federal financial management at a senior level.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate classroom instruction using virtual technology (i.e. VTC, virtual blended classroom delivery, and eBooks).
BS degree in finance or related field.
Preferred
Platform training preferred; professional training certification desired.
Masters degree preferred.
FIAR, CGFM, CDFM
Travel may be required.
