Responsibilities

Account Servicing - Administers and manages the day to day aspects of the customer account. Accurate and timely system documentation. Directs the customer service team activities for the assigned customer relationships.

Sales Support - Manages the customers insurance and risk program to include developing and evolving coverage needs and gaps. Identifies and communicates the identified opportunities to enhance insurance and risk management programs.

Relationship Management - Interacts with partners to discuss strategies, program analysis and coverage structures. Supports the management and retention of the relationship. Communicates strategies and direction to the customers.
