Responsibilities
Build detailed insurance and annuity illustrations and proposals that are forward-thinking and tailored to client needs.
Process life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care insurance, and annuity applications with accuracy and attention to detail.
Manage inforce policies and provide ongoing service and support to clients regarding their insurance policies and annuities.
Serve as a resourceful problem-solver, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain client empathy by guiding them through complex insurance and annuity processes, removing any barriers that hinder a smooth experience.
Actively manage the sales pipeline, updating both advisors and clients on application statuses and next steps.
Work closely with advisors to ensure that client needs are met and deadlines are adhered to.
Utilize Salesforce CRM to track and update client interactions (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Stay informed and up-to-date on insurance and annuity products, company processes, and industry regulations.

Preferred
Salesforce experience is a plus.
