Responsibilities
Respond to and effectively resolve daily e-mails and telephone calls from all parties involved in the insurance inspection process.
Convey the right message the first time while projecting an enthusiastic attitude
Possess the capability, empathy and verbal communication skills to deal with difficult customers
Properly document the account with necessary details and follow up information
Work collaboratively with others on the Customer Service team, as well as internal departments to provide resolution to Customers and escalate when necessary
Maintain familiarity with client parameters
Create reports in Excel
Respond to all business communications within 24-48 hours
Required to meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set forth by the department

Required
High school diploma or GED equivalency required
1-2 years work-related experience required
Demonstrates superior oral and written communication skills
Strong typing skills required
Ability to manage competing priorities and responsibilities
Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications simultaneously
Demonstrates continuous follow-up capability
Preferred
Experience working in a production-driven office environment
Proficiency in MS Office applications
