Responsibilities
Recruit, train, develop, and supervise insurance agents with high potential and turn them into top performers to gain new customers and drive sales
Use actuary data to strategically set premiums for insurers and maximize profit for the branch and forecast risk and liability of payment of future benefits
Ensure the branch is meeting sales targets by overseeing the office’s financial performance
Review existing company policies, make recommendations for improvements and implement new policies for the branch as needed
Assure that all ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed by staff when handling insurance investigation claims

Required
4-year degree in finance or business administration
Candidates must have active insurance agent license in their state
5+ years of experience in a supervisory position in the insurance industry
Superb management, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Strong knowledge of the latest types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products, current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations
