Responsibilities

Demonstrate active listening and clear communication, including the ability to effectively understand and respond to customer inquiries.

Address complaints and conflicts with professionalism and calmness.

Quickly identify and resolve customer issues.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of information.

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Be a lead for the team when the PAC Manager is off-site.

Assist auditors and customer service team members when PAC Manager is off-site.

Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Manage office supplies and equipment.

Coordinate office events and celebrations, such as birthdays and team-building activities.

Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
