Responsibilities
Selling life insurance policies only to people who have already submitted a request for someone to help them with life insurance or mortgage protection insurance
Working remotely from anywhere, part time or full time, setting your own schedule
Building your own agency if that’s your dream
Participating in a leadership development program to develop and build your own agency if that is your goal

Required
Excellent communication skills
Must be a self-starter, a problem solver, and driven to succeed
You are humble, coachable, and teachable
Must be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and be comfortable with full commission sales
A moderate to high degree of computer proficiency
Have or be able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license (clear background check- no recent felonies or bankruptcies)
