Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, address objections, and transfer qualified leads to licensed sales agents.
Meet and exceed defined sales targets for calls, transfers, and quality.
Manage client interactions and follow-ups within designated software systems.

Required
Successfully complete a four-week virtual training course.
Obtain a Personal Lines Insurance license within 60 days of hire (Note: This position is for those without a license).
Ability to quickly build rapport with customers over the phone.
Strong communication, sales, and prospecting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products.
Ability to learn new systems quickly.
Must be detail-oriented and results-driven with a focus on customer service.
High School diploma required.
1-3 years of sales experience.
Preferred
Call center experience is a plus but not required.
