Responsibilities
Manage litigated and non-litigated property subrogation cases
Conduct research, draft motions, and prepare discovery
Work with external consultants and experts to build strong cases
Attend mediations, settlement conferences, and negotiate resolutions
Provide clear recommendations and strategic advice to clients

Required
Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience
Proficiency with motion work, written discovery, and negotiations
Must be licensed to practice in California
Preferred
Experience in claims handling, underwriting, or insurance coverage is a plus
