Responsibilities
Developing, modifying, and implementing complex software applications using agile methodologies and industry best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide customized solutions to meet those needs

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development and programming, preferably with Java/J2EE technologies
Hands-on experience working with Guidewire's suite of InsuranceNow applications (BillingCenter, PolicyCenter, and ClaimCenter)
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, Agile methodologies, and DevOps principles
Experience with web services (REST, SOAP), APIs, and SOA architecture
Experience with Apache Velocity Language, Advanced Object-Oriented concepts is a must
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team and cross-functional environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex software development problems
Preferred
Experience with front-end web development (JavaScript, HTML/CSS) is a plus
