Responsibilities

Manage the entire intake process from initial referral to client onboarding, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Collaborate with insurance providers to secure necessary authorizations for new clients, minimizing delays in service delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to regulatory compliance standards.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new geographic areas or service lines.
Cultivate strong relationships with referral sources, such as pediatricians, early intervention programs, and schools.
Track and manage contracts to ensure timely renewal and compliance.
Analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Manage multiple tracking sheets to monitor follow-up timelines.
Utilize various software platforms, including Google Workspace, NPA, ABA Cloud to streamline workflows.

Required

2+ years of experience in an Intake position at an ABA/Behavioral/Mental Health Services agency.
A go-getter attitude and a passion for business growth!
Leadership skills work with a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Passion for helping individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
High school diploma required.
Access to a reliable internet connection and have your own PC/computer for work purposes.
Ability to work in Pacific Time (9 AM to 5:30 PM).
Able to pass a Live Scan FBI & DOJ Clearance.
Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, filtering, tracking, running pivot tables, and reporting key indicators.
