Responsibilities

Perform intakes with individuals seeking medical leave / disability for mental health.

Facilitate client referrals to appropriate agency services based on assessment results.

Explain federal and clinical guidelines for individuals seeking medical leave / disability.

Evaluate and document client lethality risk competently.

Provide referrals to community resources when appropriate.

Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner according to department policies.

Maintain knowledge of the DSM V and reporting requirements for abuse and neglect.

Report any acute or systemic problems to the supervisor.

Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.
