Responsibilities
Responsible for performing, coordinating and managing the intake process within the assigned team.
Gives legal advice and recommendations to clients seeking our services.
This position is also responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate intake of new clients, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and processed promptly.
Works closely with the staff to ensure all clients are hired.
Collaborates with the assigned department and teams to ensure a smooth transition from the initial intake to the appropriate next steps within the organization.
Is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving client complaints in order to give resolution to situations and maintain client satisfaction.
Assists management in employee trainings and development.

Required
Experience in real estate, probate, business law and general litigation
Responsible for performing, coordinating and managing the intake process within the assigned team
Gives legal advice and recommendations to clients seeking our services
