Responsibilities

Utilize telephone, email, fax, online portals, and regular mail to add new cases into our proprietary system;
Develop relationships within the team to improve and expedite the intake process;
Receive all new intake information via mail, fax, and email;
Retrieve and scan mail into electronic systems;
Organize and disburse received information to appropriate team members
File information into appropriate electronic locations, including SharePoint and our proprietary system.
Maintain MASSIVE’s proprietary software, the Claim Tracking System (CTS), including client information updates and workflow management;
Ensure smooth operations through data discovery and detection of patterns during the normal day-to-day work;
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing team-related results;

Microsoft OfficeClaim Tracking SystemWeb-based systems

Required

Comfortable working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications
Ability to utilize web-based systems as the MASSIVE Claim Tracking System (proprietary web-based system)
Strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and willing to work with the ebb and flow of an ever-changing task list
Must become knowledgeable in the MASSIVE workflows
Must develop, within 90 days of employment, a solid understanding of the processes and workflows we use
Must understand the reasons for certain actions we take, including putting the customer first and acknowledging the customers' perception of what we do

Preferred

Either an undergraduate degree or at least three (3) years office experience
