Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients, handling inbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication with empathy and professionalism.
Conduct initial client screenings to assess case viability, gather relevant information, and determine eligibility for legal services.
Accurately record client information and case details into the firm’s database or case management system while ensuring confidentiality and data security.
Coordinate and schedule consultations between potential clients and attorneys, ensuring timely and efficient follow-up.
Conduct follow-up calls and emails to gather additional information or clarify case details as needed.
Verify client documents, complete necessary forms, and ensure all preliminary paperwork is accurate before the initial consultation.
Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff to facilitate a smooth client intake process, providing relevant case information for further evaluation.
Provide general information to clients regarding the firm’s services and direct clients to other resources as needed.

Required
Minimum of 1-2 years in a client-facing role, ideally in a law firm, healthcare, social services, or customer service setting.
High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic phone manner.
Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and case documentation.
Comfortable using case management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant applications.
Ability to manage multiple calls, emails, and tasks in a high-paced environment while remaining organized.
Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adherence to firm policies and ethical guidelines.
Preferred
An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
