Responsibilities

Define high and low-level integration details simultaneously on vendors and interface customers’ needs.

Develop, configure, and customize integration solutions by ensuring proper data mapping, transformation, and routing to facilitate accurate and timely data exchange.

Leverage in-depth knowledge of HL7 interfaces to troubleshoot complex integration issues, optimize performance, and ensure data integrity.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and protocols such as HL7v2 (X12), HL7v3 (XML and FHIR), and JSON while implementing integration solutions, fostering seamless data exchange between diverse healthcare systems.

Conduct thorough testing and validation of integration workflows to ensure reliability, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Be team lead as assigned by management.

Develop relationships and explore opportunities that support the clinical, financial and strategic objectives of the organization.

Participate in establishing standards and procedures and advocate best practices.

Serve as a liaison for vendors and internal customers in the implementation and maintenance of the integration systems.

Regularly provide guidance and training to less experienced analysts.
