Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements related to DEAMS integration.
Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process maps, and functional specifications.
Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment.
Monitor system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including business units, technical teams, and management.
Monitor integration processes, identify issues, and propose solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to business analysis and system integration.

Required

6+ years of experience in system/software integration or Department of the Air Force Financial Management
Bachelor’s degree
Good leadership and strategic planning skills
Proven track record of success in system integration teams
Established organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to obtain a DOD security clearance

Preferred

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience working within the Department of Defense or other federal agencies
Knowledge of federal accounting standards and regulations
Experience with legacy Department of the Air Force financial feeder systems (CCaR, JOCAS, SAMIS, CMCS, ILS-S, TICMS, etc.)
