Responsibilities

Test and document integrations: Put Futurex's enterprise-grade data encryption hardware through its paces by integrating it with a range of third-party applications and ensuring secure key/certificate storage within our FIPS 140-2 Level 3 validated modules

Deep dive into protocols and APIs: Become the expert on industry-specific interfaces (i.e., PKCS #11, KMIP, CNG, and more) to streamline how our hardware works with external systems

Skilled Troubleshooting: Your problem-solving skills will be crucial in identifying and resolving roadblocks during integration

Team collaboration for seamless development: Collaborate closely with software engineers to understand new feature integrations, document their functionality, communicate findings, and propose solutions that enhance our products' overall security and performance

Technical Writing with the User in Mind: Make technical concepts easy for colleagues and users to grasp with accurate, well-structured documentation
