Responsibilities

Participate in the design, development, and implementation of Data Integration Engineering’s software projects and data discrepancies

Analyze and own the resolution of Product Escalations (Issues) as well as partner with the Features Engineering team(s) to determine the root cause

Own systems-level support and maintenance to improve the health and stability of our SaaS platform

Participate in our on-call rotation alongside all engineering team member

Monitor, track and audit data for inconsistencies and errors and develop processes to identify and remedy data inaccuracies and/or missing data

Develop an understanding of a wide range of integration use cases, summarize key learnings, and generate best practices to be shared with internal teams.

Work with the engineering team to develop solutions in the form of tools for increased reliability and efficiency
