Responsibilities

Code, test, implement, and support product interfaces.

Conduct technical needs analysis for customer environments.

Manage interface programming, testing, and delivery in line with project guidelines.

Collaborate with customers to define requirements and deliver tailored interface solutions.

Provide third-tier technical and sales support during implementation phases.

Mentor junior integration engineers, fostering knowledge transfer and skill development.

Interact with product management to recommend and evaluate product/interface enhancements.

Participate in interface planning, design, review, and milestone setting.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Healthcare IT, pharmacy automation, or a related field.

Proficiency in HL7, FHIR, and file management methodologies.

Experience with Mirth, Rhapsody, Core point, or Iguana interface engines.

Expertise in SQL databases (MS-SQL preferred).

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, XML, or .NET.

Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, TCPIP technologies.

Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and methodologies.
