Responsibilities

Elicit and collect integration requirements from business stakeholders.
Conduct meetings and workshops with stakeholders to understand business processes and integration needs.
Create detailed documentation of business requirements, including integration points, data mappings, workflows, and system interfaces.
Develop and maintain technical specifications, integration guides, and process documentation.
Analyze and model the current state of data, workflows, and processes to understand integration impact.
Identify opportunities for improving or streamlining business processes through integration.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including project team members, management, vendors, and other relevant parties.
Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

Required

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on software integration projects.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex workflows and data.
Excellent documentation skills, with experience creating technical specifications, diagrams, and process maps.
Good knowledge of integration technologies and standards (e.g., APIs, EDI, Web Services).
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
