Demonstrate exceptional judgment.
Effectively handle multiple projects.

Required
Three to six years of experience
Patent litigation experience is a threshold requirement
Excellent academic credentials
Commitment to the community
Superior interpersonal skills
Demonstrated record of working well under pressure
Exceptional judgment
Ability to effectively handle multiple projects
Ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action
Active bar license in the state in which they reside or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible
Preferred
Experience beyond patent experience in other IP litigation areas, including trade secret
