Responsibilities

Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their needs, provide strategic advice, and develop business cases for automation initiatives

Lead workshops to educate clients on Intelligent Automation and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation

Conduct process mapping to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline operations and maximize automation benefits

Gather, document, and validate detailed business and technical requirements for intelligent automation solutions in close collaboration with clients

Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals, progress, and outcomes

Stay up to date with emerging Intelligent Automation (IA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, contributing to the growth of Ciklum's Intelligent Automation offerings

Participate in interviews, meetings, and workshops to define, optimize, and document processes for automation configuration

Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to identify processes suitable for automation and develop actionable process design documents

Work closely with automation developers and business subject matter experts to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards

Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring the success of the automation solutions post-deployment

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members throughout the project lifecycle

Required

Minimum of 4-5 years experience in business analysis with a strong focus on intelligent automation, AI, or process improvement

Proficient in gathering, validating, and analyzing technical requirements to drive successful automation strategies

Solid understanding of Intelligent Automation technologies, including Conversational AI, Process Mining, low code/workflow automation, Generative AI, RPA, and/or OCR

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences

Familiarity with agile development methodologies within the Software Development Life Cycle

Experience conducting end-to-end testing to ensure deployment readiness
