Responsibilities
Design high-quality visual assets for a variety of projects, including digital marketing campaigns, social media content, website graphics, email templates, print materials, presentations, and more.
Work closely with account managers to develop designs that align with overall campaign strategies and client objectives.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and maintain a consistent visual identity across different platforms.
Participate in brainstorming and conceptualization sessions to help develop innovative design solutions.
Revise and refine designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams, ensuring that final deliverables meet the required standards.
Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to ensure copy and visuals work together harmoniously.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to bring fresh and creative ideas to the team.
Assist with the preparation of files for production and ensure the accuracy of all final deliverables.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
At least 3 years of professional design experience
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print projects
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to work closely with various teams to achieve client goals
Self-motivated with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in an agency setting or working with clients in agriculture
Knowledge of web design principles and experience with tools like Figma or Sketch
