Responsibilities

Secure management and administration of endpoint tools for all user devices.Own the life cycle of endpoint tools, including procurement, deployment, management, and decommissioning.

Create standard operating principles and establish best practices for end-user facing devices.

Systems integration, engineering, and administration with specific experience in endpoint management technologies such as InTune and Jamf.

Implement endpoint platforms in cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.

Control OS and application authorization, deployment, updates, and version control through development, test, and production environments.

Collaborate with InfoSec, Compliance, IT, and other business divisions to determine application requirements.

Provide escalation support for the helpdesk team to troubleshoot complex endpoint user issues.
