Responsibilities

Lead the transformation of the organization from a Linear Operations Model to a Product & Services model.

Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement strategic initiatives.

Provide technical leadership and direction to IT operations teams.

Ensure seamless transition from traditional IT operations to a product/service-oriented model.

Oversee the end-to-end IT operations, ServiceNow, infrastructure tool engineering, and support.

Implement best practices for IT service management and operational efficiency.

Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align IT services accordingly.

Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive collaboration and innovation.

Provide deep technical expertise in two or more areas: IT operations, ServiceNow, infrastructure tool engineering, and support.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Prepare and present reports on IT operations performance and transformation progress.
