Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: In collaboration with distribution sites delivery new cold chain solutions that drive efficiencies and cost benefits.
Supplier and Consumer Liaison: Execute and generate documentation related to Cold Chain Packaging solutions. Establish work instructions and lane assessments for new solutions.
Quality: Perform and/or track to completion and performance of cold chain logistics for qualification and/or day to day transportation activities.
Performance Metrics: Identify and support implementation of improvements to the Cold Chain Logistics and Good Distribution Practice systems.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and ISO requirements regarding qualification activities involving cross-functional, multi-departmental teams including Manufacturing, MSAT, Package Development, Process Sciences, Process Development, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and others.

Required
Proficient in standard MS Office applications.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills
Understanding of quality requirements
Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects and self-motivated.
Supply Chain background
Presentation preparation and delivery
Undergraduate student in their 3rd or 4th year of bachelor's degree program or in a Graduate program focusing on Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or other related fields.
Must be available to work full time, 40 hours a week.
Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. based university or college and enrolled in the fall term after the completion of the internship OR have graduated within 1 year of the start of the program.
Must be able to relocate if necessary and work at the designated site for the duration of the internship for on-site, hybrid roles. Some positions will be open to remote interns, but employee must be within United States borders.
Preferred
Proven track record in validation activities, both leading and supporting roles.
Experience in packaging, fill finish, cold chain, supply chain is ideal
Experience with 3PLs
