Responsibilities

Supporting MHS organizational performance through facilitation and coordination of improvement activities

Developing MHS leaders and their ability to succeed in direct alignment with the MHS mission, vision, and key organizational priorities

Extending OE Consultant capacity

Day to day work assignments and performance management will be handled by OE Consultant

Required

Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program

Upper division coursework towards Bachelors’ degree in relevant subject matter (e.g. Process Improvement, Operations Management, Quality, Supply Chain)

Facilitation/performance improvement experience (class projects, work experiences) or training

Preferred

Knowledge of change management models and concepts

Training, coursework or experience facilitating problem solving work sessions, or experience working in a corporate environment where these tools and methods were used

Experience working in corporate environment
