Responsibilities
Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients in line with the company’s target market and goals.
Build and foster long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and resolving any concerns.
Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve personal and company revenue goals. Develop proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs and industry trends.
Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms while meeting revenue targets. Close deals and finalize sales agreements while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Identify emerging markets, opportunities for product diversification, and potential business partnerships. Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends to shape strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment in delivering value to clients. Provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends to drive product or service improvements.
Meet and exceed sales targets to earn performance-based commissions, with the drive to maximize revenue potential. Track all sales activities, maintain accurate records, and report regularly to management on sales performance.
Attend conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to represent the company and explore potential leads. Build a presence in relevant industry circles to promote the company’s services and brand.
Provide guidance to junior team members on sales techniques and strategies for success. Lead by example to drive a results-oriented culture and high-performance standards.
Regularly review sales techniques, marketing materials, and client feedback to improve sales processes. Stay updated with industry best practices, sales trends, and innovations in business development.
