Responsibilities
Oversee financial reporting and quality control processes
Manage regulatory reporting including Medicare/Medicaid Cost Reports, UDS reports, and Form 990 returns
Coordinate external audits and maintain federal grant support
Lead annual budget preparation and ongoing monitoring
Supervise finance and billing department operations
Ensure compliance with GAAP and healthcare financial regulations
Provide strategic financial guidance to management team

Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
5+ years of related experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Experience managing deadlines and multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience with Intacct accounting system
Public Accounting
