Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic communication plan for the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful messaging across the organization.

Design and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that includes: Promote transparency by empowering all leaders to communicate openly and regularly with their teams, fostering trust and engagement across the company.

Launch a newsletter strategy to keep employees informed about company news, achievements, and upcoming events, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Create and maintain a communications calendar to schedule and track all internal communications, ensuring timely and consistent messaging.

Ensure all communications are consistent across different channels and departments, reinforcing the company’s key messages and values.

Moderate and manage content for all hands meetings, including the development of key messages and follow-up on Q&A sessions to ensure clarity and engagement.

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to strategic business initiatives.

Develop and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and foster a positive company culture.

Collaborate across HR to design and execute integration activities that support organizational growth and development. This may include onboarding processes, talent development programs, and other HR initiatives that promote operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Work closely with various departments to ensure strategic initiatives are effectively integrated, communicated and executed across the organization.
