Responsibilities

Build and Manage our Company Internal Playbooks and Systems, which include but are not limited to:

Design new company communications tools and processes to ignite Employee Engagement and Cultural Principles, for example via new company newsletters and fireside chats

Lead our company weekly All Hands to galvanize our culture and progress towards our mission

Support Employee and People Team Communications

Revamp our Company Surveys strategies -- from leading our bi-yearly Company Engagement and DEI&B Survey, to supporting new survey strategy & analysis

Ignite employee brand communications externally

You have a minimum of 5-years of experience working on Communications -- including experience working at a high growth technology start-up and collaborating with People and Exec Teams
