Responsibilities
Work with Senior Director of Internal IT and Integrations department to plan and execute on migrations to our systems
Draft and send out communications to employees regarding project implementation
Ensure project executes according to timeline
Provide support to employees impacted by project work
Document networks, applications, and update internal guides

Required
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 required
Strong documentation skills required
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proven Experience as a Technical Support Analyst or relevant position
Proven Experience running migrations and technical projects
CompTIA A+ and Network+ will be required within 1 year of hire.
Preferred
Technical Support Experience: 3-6 Years
Experience working with Microsoft Intune
Experience working with Microsoft Azure
Experience working with SonicWall devices
Experience working with Powershell
Microsoft, Apple, SonicWall, Cisco, and other IT vendor certifications desirable.
