Responsibilities
International Order Fulfillment: Coordinate the entire shipping process to ensure on-time delivery with freight forwarders and consolidators.
Customs Expertise: Stay updated on export laws, customs documentation, duties, and taxes to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations..
Problem-Solving: Resolve complex fulfillment issues with creative solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with purchasing, warehouse, and freight teams to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
Payment Facilitation: Guide international franchisees through ACH and Wire payments, secure payment terms, and troubleshoot billing issues.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend ways to improve international fulfillment.
Customer Communication: Keep franchisees informed on shipment status, documentation, and potential issues.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, or business management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain processes clearly.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
Critical thinking skills to identify issues and recommend data-driven solutions.
Motivation for continuous improvement and a strong sense of ownership.
Emotional intelligence and a customer-first mindset to build relationships across cultures.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred
a background in logistics, international shipping, project management, freight forwarding, or customs documentation is a plus.
