Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth international tax research to ensure compliance with global initiatives and recent regulatory requirements.
Create and maintain high-quality content and datasets to support new product development.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements, including defining functional and non-functional acceptance criteria.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion across various stages of development.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflows and data accuracy.
Simplify complex tax and regulatory concepts into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders.
Monitor developments in global markets and incorporate relevant updates into compliance materials.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
3+ years of experience handling high-volume workloads and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Ability to break down and simplify complex ideas for a diverse audience.
Strong process improvement capabilities with a focus on streamlining workflows.
Adaptable and quick to respond to changing priorities and circumstances.
Proficient in international tax law, including familiarity with recent global tax initiatives and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and summarize insights from complex data.
Preferred
3+ years of experience in international tax research or a related field preferred.
1+ year of experience in product or project management for research and content products, or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience working or conducting research in global markets is highly desired.
Experience in defining business and technical requirements for product development preferred.
