Responsibilities

Responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, post-implementation product support, triaging and processing of support tickets, supporting day-to-day process and partnerships with internal departments and external vendors

Provides operational support for a varied interoperability product portfolio

Follows established guidelines/procedures for post-implementation product support, triage and completion of support tickets, and retrieval campaigns

Responsible for reviewing and communicating results of operational initiatives and work to leadership and applicable stakeholders

Understands department, segment, and organizational strategies and operating objectives, including their linkage to related areas and work

Makes decisions regarding own work methods and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.

Required

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Health Insurance Payer experience

1+ year or greater experience in Risk Adjustment, Stars and Quality and/or Claim Administration/Payment Integrity support

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Preferred

1+ year of Interoperability or EHR experience

Strong analytical skills
