Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of inventory strategies in partnership with Planner

Manage the end-to-end flow of product for designated brands to achieve the business' financial and strategic objectives (sales, margin, turn)

Place purchase orders based on forecasts for weekly replenishment, advertising, events, and promotions. Review and adjust POs as required

Support business decisions with analytics/insights to optimize sales and productivity

Maintain vendor relationships regarding inventory flow: managing fill rate, on-time delivery, and omni-channel stock management. Actively participate in weekly cross-functional team meetings.

Drive sales, margins, inventory turn, and in-stock levels towards maintaining or exceeding KPIs

Update and conduct reviews of forecasts for store levels within the forecasting and replenishment system each week

Tracks and ensures products arrive on time and follows up as needed for escalations
